After placing an order through our website, you will receive an automated confirmation email summarizing the services or products requested. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us to ensure your order has been received.

1.2 Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom Hardware Design Projects: Initial consultations are scheduled within 2 business days.

  • Prototyping Services: Commence within 5 business days of finalizing the design and confirming payment.

These timelines reflect our commitment to quality, but may be subject to change based on the complexity of the order.

1.3 Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping (Israel): 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Israel): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days, depending on destination

We work with reputable carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Delays due to customs or external logistics are out of our control, but we will assist in any way we can.

1.4 Shipping Costs

  • Standard (Israel): ₪25

  • Expedited (Israel): ₪50

  • International: Calculated at checkout

Free standard shipping on orders over ₪500 within Israel.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.

1.5 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s website.


2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both parties.

2.1 Cancellation Before Project Commencement

You may cancel your order within 14 days of placement, provided the project work has not begun. In this case, you will receive a full refund, including any advance payment.

2.2 Cancellation After Project Commencement

If work has already started, we will calculate a pro-rated refund based on labor and materials used up to that point. A detailed breakdown will be provided upon request.

2.3 Customized Orders

Custom hardware, PCB design, or 3D printed parts are non-refundable once the design phase begins, as materials and engineering time are uniquely allocated to your order. If a custom project is canceled mid-way, only unrendered labor may be refunded at our discretion.


3. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a transparent and fair refund policy based on the nature of your order.

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • You cancel within the acceptable timeframe.

  • You receive defective products.

  • There is a mismatch between the delivered product and your approved specifications.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Fully completed services (e.g., CAD design, PCB layout)

  • Custom-built hardware or functional prototypes

  • Items returned beyond 14 days or not in original condition

These items are excluded due to the tailored and technical nature of the work involved.

3.3 Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. In some cases, refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.


4. Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a defect or error on our part, we will gladly accept a return under the following conditions.

4.1 Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all accompanying materials.

Products altered, assembled, or used cannot be returned unless defective.

4.2 Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The return is due to our error, or

  • The product arrived damaged or incorrect.

In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping upon receiving a valid receipt.
